WhatsApp from Facebook tag appears in whatsapp beta


Whatsapp is frequently releasing new updates after being acquired by Facebook. Its bringing new updates in chat interface and chatting features like stickers and all recently. Latest news is that latest update for WhatsApp beta on Android will show “WhatsApp from Facebook” branding.

We know facebook already brought this feature in istagram. Its now Instagram from facebook. It may be part of facebooks plan to merge its platforms like facebook, instagram and whatsapp. Few days before whatsapp already introduced fingerprint to open feature also for whatsapp beta users.
You can enable fingerprint  by going to
WhatsApp Settings -> Account -> Privacy-> Fingerprint lock

Adding facebook tag may be to reach facebook brand to more people.
WhatsApp Messenger is a free cross-platform messaging and Voice over IP (VoIP) service. Whatsapp is owned by Facebook. Its features include sending text messages and voice messages, make voice and video calls, and share images, documents, user locations, and other media.  Whatsapp is very popular in countries like Brazil, India, Pakistan and large parts of Europe, including the United Kingdom and France.WhatsApp application runs on almost all android and iphone devices. It is also accessible from Windows and Mac desktop computers, with desktop app called whatsapp web. Whatsapp was acquired by Facebook in February 2014 for approximately US$19.3 billion. By February 2018, WhatsApp with one and a half billion users were the world's most popular messaging application.
WhatsApp released a business app targeted at small business owners, called WhatsApp Business in January 2018. It helps companies to communicate with customers who use the WhatsApp.
