This can sometimes happen if you accidentally uninstall usb drivers. Some programs you download from internet can also cause this problem
So first thing you can try is just try is uninstalling that software and running Ccleaner. Also clean your registry with Ccleaner. Then reboot your PC and check whether memory card is showing now.
If not go to Control pane -> Administrative tools -> Computer management and then select disc management. Then check whether your drive is showing there. Then right click on that drive and activate it. If it is already activated try changing the drive letter to any name which is not assigned to any of the drives currently present. If that is the problem , it will start showing now.
