HOW TO GET A RELIANCE JIO SIM WITH ANY 4G PHONE

First generate barcode. To generate a barcode for jio sim just follow steps below

1. Download & Install MyJio 3.2.05 Apk from this link
2. Click and install all jio apps listed there
3. Reboot/Restart the phone
4. Turn of data and open my jio app
5. Click open button near my jio.
6. Tap on Get Jio SIM  Banner
7. Tap on Agree & Get Jio offer
8. Select your location from the drop down
9. Read through the steps and click on Next
10. Offer Code and barcode can be viewed on the screen. Take a screenshot of barcode page and print.

Once that's done, you will have to take it to a Reliance Office or retail shops with a photograph for the form, and your photo ID, and the staff will do the rest.

Update : Try to give adhaar card as proof. Your sim gets activated sooner with adhaar card

13. If popup is not appearing repeat from step 5-10 till you get popup.

CALL NOT CONNECTING TO JIO SIM ACTIVATION NUMBER 1977

Some times you may receive saying your jio number is activation and when you try to call id verification number of reliance jio (1977) your call may not go through.
Dont be panic. just wait for some time.
If call is still not going through then it might be because VOLTE technology may not be available in your phone. There is a trick for you to activate jio sim in that situation

First of all call 1800 890 1977 from any other phone and enter last 4 digits of your id proof
This will activate data in your sim.
Then use jio join app which you installed with jio apps pack to call 1977 and activate call also in your jio sim. You will have to enter last 4 digits of you id proof to complete the process.
