APPOST GDS ONLINE APPLICATION - How to apply for gramin dak sevak in Assam, Bihar, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Punjab circles. GDS selection will be based on sslc mark. GDS result date will be announced soon.

Applications are invited for the post of Gramin Dak sevak in Assam, Bihar, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Punjab circles.

Job vacancies are available in following posts

1. BRANCH POSTMASTER (BPM)
2. ASSISTANT BRANCH POSTMASTER (ABPM) 
3. DAK SEVAK

Eligibility

AGE : The minimum and maximum of age for the purpose of engagement to GDS posts shall be 18 and 40 years respectively as on 05.08.2019 the date of notification of the vacancies. Relaxation is available for SC/ST, OBC Economically backward classes ( EWS ) and Person with disability ( PWD ) .

Educational Qualification : Secondary Education and compulsory knowledge of local language.
And basic computer knowledge and knowledge of cycling.

How to apply:- Only online application will be accepted.

1. Register himself / herself in the portal through https://indiapost.gov.in or http://appost.in/gdsonline with effect from 05.08.2019 to 04.09.2019 
2. Enter basic details and SSLC certificate details.
3. Pay application fee of Rs. 100.
4. Click apply online and continue application giving more details.
5. Upload documents like SSLC certificate, Computer certificate ( not mandatory) cast or non-creamy layer certificate.
6. Submit and take printout.

Fee exception : Payment of fee is exempted for all Female candidates as well PwD candidates
