First method is to buy a jiofi hotspot device and connect your 2g or 3g phone through wifi.
Jiofi devide comees with free jio sim and free call, sms and 4g internet for 3 months.
But jiofi device can only be used with jio sim.
If you already have jio sim and want to share 4g with others in your hone office, i think it is better to buy airtel hotspot device and unlock it to use jio sim. So when jio preview offer is over you can continue with jio or change to any other sim cards if you want
Third method may work in som jio phones . here you have to download engineerin mod app( mediatek) or short cut master lite from play store. Install it and open the app. Then change netwprk mode to auto 4g/3g/2g or LTE. Save and restart the phone. Try it at your own risk. It may not work in all phones
